Smaller displacement CIB V8 (maybe 4.8L), or large CIB 60degree V6 (Maybe 4.3L). Use Fiat's multiair on both intake and exhaust valves. Keep their current DI system but add a catch can from the factory. Also wouldn't hurt to have an accommodation from the factory for water/meth injection.

Obviously Honda isn't going to do this. I would be thrilled if Chrysler went this direction with the next hemi.
Yes or a smaller turbo V6. Turbo 4 is what will likely happen and that will be somewhat cutting edge especially will be in their marine outboard applications, but we haven't see it yet have we. Not ready is my point. Get cracking as they say.
