I am interested in leasing a 2006 Ridgeline RTL (the model had no additional options). For a 42 month lease (12000 miles a year) I was told:

$2000 Down
$339 a month

This includes all taxes, fees, etc worked in.

Cap Cost $30276
Residual $17302
Money Factor 0.0005 - 1.2%

They said if I am serious, they can probably go alittle lower even.

What do you think?

I'd shop around. Or have them drop the price down somemore, or add service or gas for free..... Read the other treads there is great info.

Hello MrMav,

I closed the following deal this morning:

RTL 42 mth/15,000 miles
No money down
$319.57 a mth (including taxes).
$523.57 mth due at inception (1st mth and fees)
Includes the following accessories:
Rear splash
Hood protector
Rear seat cargo tray

It has taken 3 weeks and 5 dealers to get to this point.

Good luck with your lease!

I signed today for :
Amazon Green
RTL 42 month 12K Miles
$324 a month
$2000 Down

But I had them throw in that the deposit ($500) is refundable pending my parents approval. Do I shop around some more?

They would not throw any accessories in for me.

I leased a RTS about a month ago. I put 370 down and pay 370 a month. Its a 42 month lease, 15,000 miles a year. I rolled 1500 in negative equity from my Accord lease that I turned in a year early.

I would be leary about the mileage restriction. Just 2 years ago I easily stayed under 12k miles a year, but after a layoff and new job (close enough we didn't have to move) I have put 15,800+ miles on my RL since buying on April 30. If I had been in a 42 month lease (or even 36 month), I'd be in trouble on it right now.

Leasing rarely makes sense, though some claim it does make sense in certain situations. Good luck whichever way you go.

Today they said: $500 Down and $335 a month for 42 months and mileage of 15000 per year.

I let it pass though, I wish they were more upfront about pricing...

You may want to shop around a little more.
