I just installed a 2" Truxx lift kit on my 2006 Ridgeline. The ride and look is 100% better than before. The problem is now my VSA, VSM-4 and ABS lights are on, but everything is fine with the install. Anyone experience this and/or have an answer. The Honda dealer doesn't know why the lights would come on for only raising the Ridgeline up.

Try disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery for 5 minutes and then reconnecting -- making sure that when you do reconnect, there's a minimum of sparks. You'll have to reset your radio presets and auto-window limits afterwards.

If that doesn't work, have your battery load-tested.

Many strange electrical issues in the RL have a weak battery as their cause.

To those who attempted to help me I appreciate it. The problem with the indicator lights was the ABS module. Let me tell you that is $$$$$. The dealer said that due to putting on the lift kit I have to replace the axles. The angle is causing the boots at the ends to wear through. Anybody hear of this or have that problem????????

The dealer said that due to the angle the lift has created the boots wore through and will probably occur again. Any thoughts, if there was a problem with the angle I would think Truxx would supply whatever you needed to correct it.

Sounds like a typical dealer to me. What they are saying would mean that everyone with the leveling kit would have this probelem because of the "angle" so either it was a bad install or the dealer is full of it

The CV boot got damaged while installing the lift kit, not caused by excessive wear. The problem with the lights was more than likely caused by a damaged ABS sensor. That is the wire that leads out of the wheel well and clips to the strut then leads to the wheel knuckle. ABS sensor runs about $30-40 for the part. I damaged one of mine when I lost a nut off of sway bar end link while off roading in CO and it caught the wire.

I would definitely take it to another dealer for second opinion

How did you get the lights to come off ? I have the exact same problem. I just installed the TRUXXX kit and the lights came on. Is it the sensor that was bad ?
See Below.. This is more than likely your issue. Probably damaged one of the wheel speed(abs) sensors during the install.

ok, so here is the update on my problem. Replaced bad sensor and noticed that a boot in leaking small pin hole nothing major (that will be fixed this coming weekend), So anyways. I replaced a bad sensor which I assume rebooted the VSA, ABS, VTM-4 and exclamation lights. Because they are now OFF.
My problem now is that nothing is working now. When I press the VSA button the exclamation light comes on and NO VSA light ????? and when I put it in 2nd or 1st and press the VTM-4, the light on the button turns amber and NO light on the dash for the VTM-4.
Any ideas suggestions ? I rather not take it to Honda since its not under warantee and they will probably charge me an arm and leg just to find out what it is + repairs.

Also - when I floor it and hit 40mph, i get a vibration towards the rear axles and goes away around 45mph. (the kind of vibration noise you get from running over the lane dividers on the road)
