I can personally recommend Bridgestone Dueler H/L plus. I had them on my 06 and currently on my 07. Like you most of my driving is highway. I can only compare them to the Michelins I had on the truck but I feel they are a better over the road tire. Excellent handling and quieter. I didn't have any trouble getting through some heavy Long Island snowstorms. I don't know how they compare to the Michelins as far as durability goes but they are rated for 80,000 milesThe wife says she wants more of a highway tread.....hmmm.
We do have 4 vehicles and since the RL does see 90-95% highway use, it was a valid point.
So I was thinking about the new category of All Weather.
Two tires that come to mind are the Toyo Celsius CUV and Nokian WRG3 SUV.
Tire shopping drives me nuts...lol. I'm about to buy another set of wheels/sensors and run two sets.
