Loose rear control arm

My 2017 Ridgeline has 9 kmi, has been trouble free and I love it. 2 days ago while driving home I braked fairly hard while going about 65mph. The front end dove and pulled right while the right backside unweighted big time as the back end wanted to get loose and come around. Needless to say this was a major safety risk. Dealer looked at it today: the suspension bolt to the knuckle (part of the rear control arm/stabilizer assembly) came loose. My serial number is in the 5,ooo's and evidently was not assembled quite right. Yikes!

Wow. The quality control hits from Alabama keep on coming.....
It would be nice if the guys building the truck could get the first basic rule down and tighten all the bolts properly.

The list is getting quite long for incompetent build mistakes.

The quality is there in the product and parts, but the builders are lacking bigtime.

I don't understand how it got that squirrelly if the abs, etc were working properly. Makes me wonder if something else is wrong.
My wife's new BE did the same the first time I had to stop sudden and sharp. With normal braking there was no pull. The dealer investigated the problem and said one of the bolts in the right rear suspension was not torqued properly. Got it back from the dealer and it no longer pulls or dives.

Other than this slight QC issue the truck has been great.

VIN number is near 40,000.

Where you report these. I guess I need to break out the torque wrench.
Do you guys know which bolt was loose?

Went through my trucks rear suspension, using just box end wrenches. I am moving, so the torque wrenches are packed and time at a premium. Towing a vehicle Monday. What I found was the only bolt that moved was the right lower rear bolt on the lower control arm. Not saying it was not in spec, but it was the only one that moved when I put the wrench to it. Not something I would want to come loose towing a car hauling trailer through the mountains. I don't think it was that kind of loose.

The service rep said that is how they found the loose bolt by wrenching each one until they found one they could tighten. He indicated the bolt wasn't loose just not tight enough.

Here is what the mechanic wrote:
Found right rear torque rod bolt improperly torqued, allowing movement when braking.
