One of the pulleys (plastic) broke while the truck was still under warranty so I had the dealer fix. Asked them to replace with the metal pulleys. Sure thing. Last year the other seat stand broke, so I ordered two metal pulleys just to be safe.And if you haven't found it, here's a good thread about replacing those rear pulleys:

I did the replacement myself and discovered that the a-holes lied and only replaced the broken plastic one. Replacing the other plastic one probably would have taken more time to retrieve the part than to install it.
The job was pretty easy, thanks to YouTube.
