moon roof,door and drip moulding seems to be glued to paint

Just purchased a beautiful 2010 ridgeline. My concern is the drip edge on windows and moon roof seem to be glued to the painted surface. Will this present with problems down the road. If I have them removed ,although the function is great, will I need paint repair.
