We touched base on the subject a few times.

Here's the topic: What kind of racing do you like? What racing don't you like?

Like F1, ALMS, FIA GT and Sportscars, Club Racing, Champcar, Indycar, and to a lesser extent Nascar. :D
All of it. I watch and follow Nascar, AMA, IRL.
Local stuff like midgets, stock cars, sprint cars, snowmobiles...
I miss the local drag strips they used to have here in So Cal (Irwindale, Orange County International Raceway, Lions Dragstrip in Long Beach). Those were fun nights out that didn't take a lot of planning or a whole day to enjoy. Those were the (noisy) days.

That's one I would I would like to see.
Never been to a drag strip.
Just not the same on tv.
I really like every kind of racing.

My favorites are:

1) Nascar Nextel Cup
2) Nascar Weekly Racing Series (local track)
3) IRL
4) AMA Superbike

I don't think I'm gonna make it this year, but the street drags in Worcester MA over the July 4th weekend is just nuts. Everything from Mom's Ridgeline to full blown dragsters, blasting down Main Street, breaking windows and setting off car alarms. Great free entertainment.
Heads up NASCAR fans, it is that time again. Bush Clash tonite at 0730 on TNT. Tomorrow (Sunday) qualifing for the Daytona 500. Thursday, Twin 150's to determine all positions except the pole. Sunday (19th) Daytona 500. :)

I come from a racing family so there really isn’t any form of motor sports we don't absolutely love! Mostly drag racing only because my brother and I pretty much grew up on the drag strips of SoCal with our Dad. We raced quarter midgets, shifter karts, motocross & desert until we became “domesticated” and started our families.
First would be NHRA Drag Racing, then moto-cross/super cross, Formula one / Indy Cars.
If SCCA Trans Am racing was, like it was back in the late 60's and early seventies, that'd be high on my list to.

I will gain more interest in NASCAR when Toyota, Honda and Nissan are in the mix.

F1 and British Touring Car. Nothing that is a straight line or an oval.
