I had to vote 18 mixed but it is normally a little better. My driving is mostly on 2 lane rural roads with some small town traffic. I have done 22 on the interstate a few times and did hit 24 on one rare occasion. For the size of the RL I am statified with the MPG. Lots of weight for the little V-6 to drag around.
I also get a little better mixed than the 18 that I voted for. My driving is an almost 50/50 mix of city interstate (lots of traffic but usually flowing at 50 to 60 mph) and city streets (lots of stop and go). I love the mpg I get...better than I expected.

Glad someone agrees with me on something. Wish the MPG was as good as my 4-cyl Accord. But when you put them together they average 25, not bad.:)

That's funny -- I was thinking about the great mileage I get in my 4-cyl Acura TSX (essentially it's an Accord) which is absolutely amazing - over 25 almost all the time and above 30 on trips (highway driving).

Didn't vote, have owned 07 RTX for 2 weeks w/800 miles and so far get a consistant 20.1 mpg mix. Commute is 34 miles one way, mixed traffic. My 94 Dakota 3.9 got 18 mpg.

Looks like my 22 MPG on the highway was better than most. I think it's because I try to stay below 65and I have lightweight tonneau cover on the bed.

Just recently drove 4 hours round trip to a nieces HS graduation. Went from eastern MA to the rolling hills of western MA 99% highway at 55 to 65mph. My computer gave me 31 avg mpg for the trip. Seems extraordinary. 2017 Black, backflip cover, bike rack and 2 passengers.
