Under the driver seat ?!? (RTX= no power, no heat)...

Looks aftermarket due to the wing nuts. Whats the other side look like?

Looks after-market, my money is on the Control Module for the Flux Capacitor.

My guess - aftermarket stereo amp. or 110v dc to ac converter

left power in
middle sound out or 110v
right sound in or chassis ground

Thanks yes definitely after-market... and this is facing front, my guesses were it was a splitter for a sub/amp, most inverters are bigger and have switches and more outputs ? Thought the other side was blocked but will take another look. It borders on home-made looking.

XM radio receiver?

Hmmm, I do have XM via Pioneer head unit (previous owner installed), is the XM receiver not in the head unit ? Thanks Chip

Thanks for all your help. Its a Pioneer gex-p920xm XM tuner ! Now will have to try to find the attenae ! Good to know XM requires another box and I've got it, even though not using the XM right now.

Three most prevalent places to start looking for the antenna are:
1) A mysterious black box in the upper right corner of the windshield
2) on the roof
3) under the third brake light panel at the rear of the roof
