Congrats on your RL and enjoy it.
I am guessing but I think dealers are only allowed to put 6000 miles on demo model vehicles. So 6000 would be about right for it to be a demo. But it does seem curious as to why they ended up with a 'used' RL so soon after the vehicle went on the market. There are a couple things I can think of, one is a Repo, the other is that someone had a serious change of requirements that made them trade it out early. I know someone who bought a car then was fired and hired into a totally different industry and needed a large truck all within 3 weeks and ended up trading the car in to get the truck, they were very disappointed because they really wanted that car.jkaletski said:I'm curious...Why was this for sale with only 6,000 miles on it?
Was the previous owner crazy or was this a dealer floor model?
A demo wouldn't have the emblems removed from the tailgate.jkaletski said:I'm curious...Why was this for sale with only 6,000 miles on it?

YOU MEAN HE TRADED A RIDGELINE FOR A CHRYSLER?? Oh..what's the world coming to!!??bbnmcas said:I bought it used from a Jeep / Chrysler Dealership. The salesman said the previous owner traded it in on a Chrysler 300M. He must have bought the RL right when they came out.
