I'd have to say new is the way I would go, I'd be worried about how those 33,000 miles were driven, but that's me. I have a portable Magelan GPS, nice big screen and easily updatable that only cost $300, so I wouldn't consider the nav system highly important. I have a 2011 and just love it, but I can't tell you what the difference is between years, I had the chance to buy a repo RL with 12,000 miles on it and like I said, I always worry about how those miles were put on.
