You buy through the fleet manager, whose department is not made up of "salesmen" like you normally have to deal with at dealerships. You may also use Costco's auto-buying program or your local credit unions who may have a car-buying program. Regardless of which of these you choose, the price will be almost exactly the same. I've bought my last 4 cars this way and will never go back to dealing with salesman for anything other than test drives.
