As was said, the radiator shouldn't be a big deal on such a new vehicle. It's more of a problem on the 06-08 models simply because they're older and have had more of a chance to be subject to corrosion. If you find one with less than 50k miles on it, there are only a few fluid changes that should have been done at the 30k and 45k mile marks. If those haven't been done, it's a good chance for you to either do them yourself or have it worked into the purchase deal that the services are done before you take delivery. Other than that, regular oil and filter changes are all that are necessary.

but it would be an issue later on wouldnt it? I normally buy vehicles and drive them until they die (i currently have an element with over 200k on it), so i will have this vehicle a pretty good while.
Eventually, every radiator should be replaced. If you're looking for that new of a truck with that low mileage, it shouldn't be of any concern to you for at least 3-5 years.
