Hi Guys,
I had been looking at Ridgeline's a few months ago and now am back at it. I remember seeing someplace about something with the transmission being changed around 2008 or 2010 I think. I can't remember what it was and can't seem to find it.

Would that click with anyone as to not to go past a certain year? I'm thinking 20k price wise and would like to keep it under 70k miles if I can. I drove one with 100k miles and the thing drove like it was new but I think that was on 07 and I didn't have maintenance records.

Transmission was updated in 2009 as was the engine. The RL transmission was the same for 2006-2008. In 2009 the ratios were tweaked a bit.

The Ridgeline version of the 3.5L V6 got the following changes for 2009:
New camshaft profile
Larger intake valves
Revised dual-stage intake manifold (now make of magnesium vs aluminum for 2006 - 2008 models)
Revised ECU fuel maps
6 degree crankshaft pulse sensor (better knock control)
Revised intake airflow sensor
Revised engine block to improve coolant passages (allows additional ignition advance when combined with the new pulse sensor)
Revised EGR system
New starter motor
