When it went in for AWD check....this happenend....just found it today when I washed her, left back bumper...someone must have let something hit it in shop. ..immediatly called up my salesman and went down...he said he will take care of it. But he did ask if I thought service did it and I told him 100 percent the truck only has 175 miles on it i havent EVEN driven to work yet. I even did a quick spin around truck like I always do when I have something done. Can't trust any dealerships even though mine is good **** still happens...so hopefully tmrw it will get buffed out. Funny thing is when I first picked it up it had something close to that on the right side back bumper and they fix that now they have to fix this. This is why I do all my oil changes myself

Sad to say but things like this have become all too routine at dealerships. They charge top dollar for supposed top quality service then pull this kind of thing.

Man that sinks. So irritating.

I went and test drove a very nice low-miles G1 RL cream puff. We finally agreed on a price a few weeks later. When I arrived with my check I discovered that the right rear door had been creased in the intervening time. This happened while sitting on the lot.

I think they try to pack too many vehicles into too small of a space -- both on the sales lots and in the service bays. And they're in too much of a hurry.

It's very irritating cause my salesman who always tells me if I need something to call him...then today I did and it was like a bother....the detail guy will fix it but he doesn't want to say it was caused by the service dept cause it will.cause an issue....lol it already did. Idc just fix my bumper

Doesn't look as bad as my rear corner. No idea when it happened, but I'm venturing to guess the corners are magnets for this kind of thing.... it was less than 3 months old when I noticed it. Haven't fixed it yet. Only have been to the dealer twice after leaving with the truck for your experience kind of reasons. Once to pick up my plates... a second time to pick up the correct tabs for the plate (they put on the wrong month)...
