Traveling I85 at about 80 mph, I started hearing a buzzing sound for m behind my head. In the mirror I see the front driver pillar garnish was bowed out and talking to me.. I pulled over and easily removed it. Looks unbroken, but adhesive failed and isn't going to hold... this is a OEM 2017 garnish, never removed, ( unless a dealer did unknown to me)... Suggestions??? Looks to be two strips of adhesive tape that attached it and nothing else...

This s is the black strip of plastic that is on the exterior between the front and rear windows... About 4 inch's wide and thin plastic.. some people replace with color ones, just wondering if I might have broke a clip or tab that I'm not aware of or if anyone has replaced one and Has some insight as to adhesive they used...

Happened to me too. Holy cow was it loud !! I used automotive trim adhesive under the cover and used a spring clamp while it cured.
