I found out there is a new VCMuzzler II device that you can plug in to totally disable VCM and from what i've read it works flawlessly so im not worried. More info on it is over at the piloteers forums.

This is no longer an issue for me since it can be totally disabled.

Just heard on the radio that ALL of Ford's 2017 trucks equipped with EcoBoost will also have "stop-start" technology.
