The vast majority of buyers never know about TSB's since they're rarely covered by the media and owners are rarely notified of their existence. They're publicly available, but there's no notification system for them.

Recalls, on the other hand, owners typically do know about if they ever watch or read the news or open their mailbox, read their email, answer their phone, or visit a dealer service department.

There are a lot more than 47 people with leaking Ridgelines, but that's all that's been reported by members of this forum who represent only a tiny fraction of all Ridgeline owners. The 95-98% of Ridgeline owners who are not on this forum likely have no idea a water intrusion issue exists or how many other vehicles have it.

I have to wonder if the pandemic has made initial build quality decline.
Build quality at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama where the Ridgeline is made was below the industry average before the pandemic.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and observations even if we don't agree with or have experienced them. Imagine a forum where only good things were said. :)
