Today after I drove on the beach on the OBX we stopped at a station to add more air after lowering the PSI before the trip.

The RL was running and parked with the family waiting.

As I added air to each tire, the TPMS signaled the Security alarm (beeps) as I added air pressure!

I want to report as each Pound increased, it beeped once, the new when it hit 40lbs it beeped several times at once like then the fob is undetected.

Anyone else experience this feature?
Did I imagine it?

Remember mine beeping as I added air (they were down to 32-33) but thought it only beeped at 35 psi which is recommended pressure. I run 40 so I still have to use a gauge (just an FYI, the dash readout matches my $100 gauge exactly).
