I'll be at around 85,000 next oil change. Should I start using high millage oil? Been using synthetic pretty much it's whole life. I can get 5w-20 high millage synthetic at the O'Reiley's I work at. Or is high millage for 100,000 and over?

High mileage oil simply has a different additive package that protects against the type of wear a high-mileage engine is more prone to suffer. I'm at 146k miles and I still use Pennzoil Ultra/Platinum 5w20. No additives, no high mileage spec. Still don't have a single leak and I burn no oil whatsoever (knock on wood!)

I would keep using what works as long as it's quality oil and meets Honda spec. and you maintain a regular change interval.
Some have noted rear main leaks on RLs with high miles. Something like Valvoline Maxlife might be a good in that case. It apparently takes a 'gentle' approach for closing up small leaks.
