Who knows what was put in there…
the green may be pag oil uv dye, stopleak…etc… who knows..
you more than likely have a leak.
you can rent gauges From parts stores..that is best to know what pressures are..
cannot see what you put in if its pure 134 or does it say with oil, stop leaks etc …
you should only add freon unless you know.what it needs..use gauges get pressures right and see what happens.
.or vacuum use dry compressed air and check for leaks.
or pull vacuum, flush system ( not compressor just drain and flush with correct oil) add by weight and gauges refrigerant and oil amount prior.
