Hi Rich yes unfortunately it does here in NJ but I just wanted to see how it would look.
It does look nice. Not sure how the local law enforcement look upon this if you decide to leave it off. Good luck.
Thanks I just couldn't believe the difference! But knowing the laws here in Jersey I might have to put it back on unfortunately.
Used to be (don't know if it's still the same) in California you'd only get a fix it ticket (signature of correction the only requirement), so many would just leave it off until they were tagged, if ever.

That really sux! Especially living so close to PA a state which doesn't require a front license plate! Lol
