My service manager couldn't have been easier to accommodate the replacement vehicle. I also had to sign the waiver to keep my vehicle in my garage. Plus, the dealership didn't want to keep the vehicle there. I had to take a pic of my odometer and send it to them.
What I do is keep a battery maintainer on the RL and crank it up once a week, let it idle with the AC on for about 15 minutes, then drive it about 2 miles and park it again. I hope that running it for a good 20 minutes or so is sufficient to get rid of the condensation that short trips on cold engines generate. I topped off the tank with nonEgas and put some Stabil in it before it was parked originally.
I'm still in the Accord, 5000+ miles later. When in for service this week, I asked about trading for something else because I wanted to try something different. No joy. All their loaners are out on airbag duty. And still no word on when they expect the parts in to fix the airbag.
