I saw in facebook marketplace a full size 2014 Honda RL wheel with18X7.5 offset 45. The 2022 RL have a wheel measurement of 18x8 45. Will the

2014 RL wheel fit on the new RL. Thank you.

The wheel itself should fit, but you may need different lug nuts. Also, full size spare will not fit in trunk compartment, so you'll need to carry in the bed.

Exactly what @19RTL said. You can easily build your own. I bought a take off rim from a user on this site. Added tire and TPMS and done. Stored it in the bed with other stuff during a New England road trip. Came in handy when I picked up a nail two weeks ago. My next purchase will be a hitch mounted tire carrier that also holds bikes.
