I don't think Kelsey's calculated mpg is that far off (even with pump issues)...G2 owners know the mpg display is usually 1-1.5 mpg optimistic on hwy trips and maybe 0.7-1 mpg optimistic in city driving.

I believe the temps and winds he described kept the mpg down more than anything. I've been in the 20.5 mpg range in true 'mixed' driving, so after 3k+ miles, I think the EPAs ratings are pretty accurate (if you don't drive like a jerk).

Seems pretty realistic. There are a ton of factors at play when it comes to real gas mileage, and any vehicle's mpg calculator will overestimate anywhere from 1-2 mpg.
