Searching for the air filter part number (17220-RJE-A00) at www.collegehillshondaparts.com returns only the Ridgeline as using it, so unless it is the same filter under a different part number, it is unique.

Although, the '03 Pilot's air filter (17220-PGK-A00) looks the same, but don't know if it's the same size or not. Anyone know how to decipher Honda's part numbers?

Currently, the Ridge filter is unique to the Ridge. Honda part numbers consist of three basic components. The first 5 digits are fairly consistent for specific systems or items. All air filters will start 17220-. The middle three characters tell the model it was originally designed for. Though parts may be reused for later models, right now, RJE is only the Ridgeline. The last part reflects much info like destination country or version, design changes, etc.
