Hi, pre thanks for any help..
my ac compressor runs all the time even with

• ac off on screen
• entire system off …blank
• any mode vent , floor defrost of etc..

it is maddening..from he start fans run compressor on…in all modes as above..i wondered why the air was so cold when i had windows open and air drawn from vents were ice cold..

i tried to run self diagnos mode but none of the instructions work..even from manual..
i have the rtl and dual climate..
Also i checked clutch relay all is well not stuck and even swapped just in case..no difference

Update..
pull relay for clutch..it does stop.
pulled dash out and disconnected the hvac controls..and the compressor ac still runs..with fans..
so I doubt it is controller..
interesting sometimes when i turn key on fan starts then stops..then start and click ac comp on and fans..
fyi anyone looking
the manual is wrong.
i tried off ign on..then hold ac and hit recirc 5x.. it goes hi low defrost light then completely off…no blinks or anything. Lasts about 20 seconds.. no clue

Can anyone see on this diagram what could be sticking to tell the ac compressor and fans to stay on? Even with controller disconnected ?

Decided to make appointment dealer as to why ac on..
will see..
still open for thoughts
