hey guys so im going to be wiring up three 6 inch light bars and was wondering if i should go series or parallel wiring? does it really matter?

Parallel. I would wire them all on there own power circuit but have all three circuits controlled by one switch and relay.


Series will pull way to much amperage cause it will basically be each amperage that each light pulls times 3.

Definitely parallel. And super-definitely use a relay.

Also look up how much current they draw (amps) and make sure you use a large-enough wire.

That's what she looks like right now, 2 sixes on the rack... I have a 32 inch bar on order so that will replace those and then I will move those to the sides as alley lights and then one more at the rear of the roof rack


I have those 2 on the rack hooked up to a light controller box, happen to like it a lot
