I was looking at them also
Why are they so expensive?
Why are they so expensive?
Because they can be. (I know not very helpful, but the truth)ridgeNH said:Why are they so expensive?
I would be very interested in that electric fence U-H!! ha, ha, ha.Ultra-HOG said:I have them and in three weeks that I have owned the truck, if I look very closely and in just the right light, I can see several impact lines that I am sure would have resulted in visible door dings. The price is high, no doubt, but they match the vehicle nicely and they work. The only thing that works better is just to park as far away from everyone else near an island. Make sure that you are not on the down hill side so that shopping cart torpedos dont get'cha. Try as you may, there are going to be those Esso-bees out there that get your new vehicle without even trying. You must at all times be aware of your surroundings, take strong defensive positions and be ready to raise the shields at a moments notice. Aye Captain! Warp speed Scotty!!
I am considering installing an electric fence charger connected to the body of the truck so that when someone opens their door into the side of mine they will get a real surprise and get knocked on their Asx. Just kidding of course... But it would be fun to sit back an watch!

Ultra-HOG said:I think I got it. More ideas are brewing... If one were to take the tootsie-rolls and clark bars that my dogs deposit in the back yard, modify an airsoft gun to load (no pun intended) the projectile, one could, theoretically of course, fire that sucker out the sliding back window at tailgaiters, right? Oh, Oh, how about a Spud Gun? - More firepower! Could probably hurl a whole weeks worth in one giant ka-blouie! That'll teach-em!
Sorry, I gotta stop watching that Red - Green Show so much...
