What are these 2 mysterious holes under/behind drivers seat? Looks like a good grounding location for amp.
Cannot find anywhere online to find it out. I was thinking of moving ground to this location using self tap bolt..

I was going to suggest the same. It is not smart to bolt anything to a restrain system anchors. They are made with enough tolerance to withstand forces generated in a collision, so taking them off and adding a spacer (terminals) in them may not be wise.

What I would also recommend is that you run a cable from the battery negative terminal and into the cabin to where you have the AMP grounded. I have two amps in my RL and without the direct line from the battery, I had a lot of electric noise.

I have heard good and bad things, running wire from battery - to amps.. Some usually and rule of thumb, correct me if I am wrong. Shortest ground wire as possible, under 15"

Electrical engineers (or electricians) would say it depends on the gauge. This is to keep in mind the resistance for any given gauge of wire and length so you just dont end up burning the wire by overheating it.
