They have the absolute worst service department. They butchered my brand-new Ridgeline when installing a bunch of Honda dealer-installed options. It will never be same. They screwed up everything they touched. And Honda was not willing to do anything about it.

Just wondering...what did they screw up..
If they broke it, and wont fix it, get a lawyer...they generally do not like legal action and will settle faster

I agree with the Ridgester. A letter from an attorney should get them moving.

They are going to try to fix it on Monday, but I have no confidence now that they will get it right, especially the things that can't be seen under the bumpers, panels, trim, etc.

See the "Accessories" category as I just added the list of screwups there.

Thanks for the moral support though :)
