Just throwing this out for folks to chat about. Heading out this summer for the longest heaviest Travel trailer trip yet. Basically going to be pulling a square box from sea level with a gradual rise to 4500 ft. No long steep grades. Calculations put the GVW @ 5615# and GCW @ 9450#. I will be over the GCW for that altitude but don't reach that altitude until the last 30 miles. I could dump the 20 gallons of freshwater out of the trailer tank I carry for roadside emergencies. That brings the GCW down to 9280# and closer to elevation corrected GCW.
