I have to replace my tailgate handle camera, I know its 1.7 mm .. But are there other sizes that will fit.. I see alot on eBay and amazon, what's American measurement for size of camera..

That measurement is likely the lens opening which is very different from mounting dimensions. Check your source for more meaningful information.

I bought my last one from sc2000.. Like try different one. I was looking at boyo, Pyle, but none have the 1.7 mm or 1/16"will 1/4" fit..

I seem to remember the hole was something like 17mm and needed to be enlarged to 18mm for the sc2000 camera
