Couple videos I uploaded to YouTube for anyone who wants to hear. On the third video towards the end I put the phone down in the footwell so the sound is picked up better.

Honda has been chasing this down for a while. I've taken the tech on rides a couple times. We've done the transmission drain and and flush. The rocker arms have been replaced. The current theory is the rear motor mount. It seems to be somewhat temperature dependant. The warmer the temp, the more often the noise is made.

To reproduce the sound I set the cruise at around 90 km/h while going down a slight incline. At the bottom of the incline, when the throttle increases to pick the load back up, this noise occurs. Other common situation is if I'm driving at highway speeds with a strong tailwind.
