I have a 2007 RTL with 103k and the MM said replace the Timing Belt (among other stuff). I do most of my own maintenance but this seems a bit daunting. I called our local Honda Dealer and was quoted:

Apple Tree Honda quoted: timing belt, drive belt, tensioner, water pump and new coolant estimate is $1059.00.

That seems a bit steep but wanted some opinions of my local brothers and sisters on shops that can preform this work.

Thank you all for any insight and assistance.

There's some place around Baltimore I think it is, that does it in the neighborhood of $500 or $600 dollars. But other than that, $800-$1200 is not unusual to hear of.

It's not terribly daunting once you get past the crank bolt (VERY tight in most cases). But if you're not going to do it yourself, I'd recommend shopping for a Honda/Acura (or even just "Japanese") specialist repair shops. I'd bet you can get this done under $700 or so, especially if you bring your own kit, which you can get on Amazon (or elsewhere online).

There are many, many threads here that will give you insight to both the rigors of DIY, and also some great options for TB kits (with or without water pump, tensioner, etc.).

Use the search bar above for more.... you'll find many GREAT tips if you DIY. You'll be able to get it done for under $200 or $300, plus some elbow grease.
Here's an example of parts costs:
