Tonneau Cover that keeps Front Tiedown

1405 Views 7 Replies 7 Participants Last post by  ecport
I've been searching all over the forums for a Tonneau's. I found that a lot of them i have to remove the tiedowns in the front for the rails. Is there a Tonneau that keeps those?

Removed my comments once I saw you were a G1 Owner. Sorry all...
Jeffery, please update your profile, so other members know if you have a G1 (2006-2014) or a G2 (2017+). Because this thread is in the G1 section, I believe you have an older RL, but both your answers are from G2 members, and although I know Peragon makes Tonneau Covers for both, I don't believe Diamond Back did?

Hopefully you'll get more answers...
Just updated, sorry about that, i do have a G1 2011, RTL.

Yes Peragon covers keep the front tie downs. I used the front tie downs to add a bike rack over the cover. The benefit of the Peragon is that it can be removed in 30 seconds and stored under the back seat if you need to use the full bed. I've had two Peragon covers (2 different Ridgelines) and customer service is exceptional.

I had the Pace Edwards JackRabbit cover installed a few years back and asked they reinstall the upper tie downs and they did. Not a lot of clearance for attaching something to it though.
