It is a pretty easy install
It took me about 2 hours on my 2007 RTL
Got the wiring kit from H & A
Got my local stealer to price match the
hitch from internet.
You can go to H & A web site and download install directions.
You will see how easy it was.

I bought my hitch and connector from www.etrailers.com cheaper than U-Haul and it is easy to install. I don't need the trailer brake controller, so I bought the in-line connector for the lights and have had no problems.

majestic honda is the cheapest place i've found. i installed mine in about 2 hours last night, a word of warning, untape the rear connector and bring it down BEFORE putting the hitch up, it won't fit through the gap otherwise!

also, the 4 pin connector under the dash is above the wiring harness where you found the 10 pin connector, i couldn't see the thing until i stuck my hand up there and felt it

I just bought this. http://www.etrailer.com/p-75280.html I believe they have a curt brand on too. I'd love to give you a review, but it hasn't come yet. I ordered it Saturday, and it is supposed to be here tomorrow (friday). I've gotten stuff from Seattle to Maryland in less than 12 hours, but evidently it takes a week to come from Earth City, MO. I don't need the 7 pin harness at this time. If I end up needing it in the future, or if you do now, I'd go with an OEM one from H and A or somewhere like that. In most states, including Washington, you need one if your trailer is over 3,000. In Idaho it's 1500. http://www.towingworld.com/articles/TowingLaws.htm
