Have never seen one of these before, obviously not for sale in US. Pictures are from a recent trip to Italy, this was taken in Florence.

That's an 8th generation Toyota Hilux - apparently a 2015-2016 model. It got a different grill for 2017.

It's body on frame so maybe a look alike but really is not alike.
