TPMS problem

The TPMS light is coming on after 5 or so miles of driving. I had replaced the tires a week after I bought the truck and then drove to NC and back, near 2000 miles without a problem. If I shut the truck off the light will go off then come back on. I've checked the pressure in all the tires multiple times and at different pressures. Any thoughts?

I assume you are getting the "TPMS" light rather than the low tire pressure warning light? If so, this light indicates a fault in the TPMS system rather than any issue with low tire pressure.

Are your sensors original? 8-10 year lifespan would put a 2007's sensors at the end of the run. My 06's sensors have reached the end of their life. Sometimes I get no TPMS fault light but most of the time I do. My sensors need to be replaced . . .
My '06 is doing the same. I get TPMS light and sometimes it shows left rear. I checked the pressure and it's fine. I even went a pound or 2 over and it still lights up so I guess it's sensor time.

Right. The TPMS light. Any ideas why it would not come on as soon as the truck was started or right after? That would be a bummer f I had to replace them. I just shelled out 25 buck a wheel to have the tires mounted and balanced
Its probably just the nature of the system when the batteries are starting to go. It may be possible for someone with a scanner that is capable of reading Honda specific codes to read the battery levels in your sensors. Certainly a dealer could do it but that might cost more than 4 aftermarket sensors.
