Lawyer...Haha... I'm just a average joe but thank you for thinking I'm that intelligent..
mistake #1 That is not what I was saying.
. I only have 2 posts because I bought my Ridgeline last week and just found this forum.
mistake #2

The problem is... the case manager, once he finally contacted me, didn't ask for more time. He simply said Honda would not honor that which was advertised on their website. It wasn't until after I had already installed my wiring harness that the dealership finally contacted me and told me that they would put a wiring harness in for me.
what will *I* do if I ever have a problem and they offer to blow smoke up my ___ on facebook or twitter, since I do not belong to either?
What a joke. It is wrong for honda to deny a customer when Honda is wrong. you can post all the legal disclaimers you want on your web site, in writing, in form letters and emails, face book and tweets till you are blue in the face...it does not change that fact that they are WRONG and only shows they are lacking in the attention to detail they are known for. Screw up on the web site? Ah, don't worry about it,. just give them the old BS reply, we are not responsible! we are allow to give different answer on different types of media. BS.
