... This is true... but getting it right one place shouldn't absolve them from being responsible for getting it wrong somewhere else. We don't all see ALL of different sources of info they provide. If you've already seen all you need to, you may not want to delve into the detail.... and you shouldn't HAVE to delve into that detail to makie sure they don't have conflicting info there, right? !
I share the opinion that they need to own up for sure & make it right. I suspect they will do that, if this gets elevated beyond the dealer level responsibility. Escalate this issue!
