Tranny / Oil Cooler installed std on 08 RTL ? pics

I recently bought an 08 with 81000miles.

Today while looking from the front, I noticed what seemed like two small coolers.

I am pretty certain that one is a transmission cooler (drivers side) and the other is an oil cooler (passenger side). Both mounted in front of the ac condenser.

Did the 08 RTL come with both?

And just to add, ALL the GenI's came with air to oil transmission cooler & power steering cooler AND and oil to coolant heat exchanger for the transmission fluid built into the radiator.
