Started to replace a swaybar endlink and an hour later the bed was out. This truck is a 06 with 146k miles on it. It has always been in northeast Ohio and driven during the winter. I was pretty happy with how it looked underneath. Just thought I would share.

Now there's a view of the RL I've never seen before! It does look good for being an '06. Thanks for sharing!!

Great pics!

I'm curious why you pulled the bed out to replace the, what, stab links? I see no reference in the FSM to swaybar end links.

Maybe it was time to inspect, clean and treat some of the rust.

It is not part of the swaybar endlink service procedure. It was a while I am here kinda thing. Thought it would be a good idea to see what the condition of things under the bed were. I will clean up the surface rust and undercoat after a pressure washing.

great for an '06, makes me happy seeing something like that. I own an '07 and had it rustproofed for the first time this year. I want to get a few more years out of it and it looks like I will after seeing yours. thanks for the pics.
