a couple of months ago, I replaced the rear rotors and pads with Thermo quiets and rotors from o'reillys. Today, I replaced the front brakes with the same. They stop really well. Good grip, smooth and quiet.

The front pads were down to a bit less than the thickness of the backing plate. They were still thicker than spec, but they were done.

I might add, the fronts were original at 85k miles. I had to drill out the rotor retaining screws. Impossible to remove otherwise.

I get 85-100k out of them and use them on everything.
The impact tool took the front screws out quite easily. A screwdriver wasn't touching them.

Interesting, where are they manufactured? Their website doesn't say.

I replaced the brake discs. New flat pad surfaces need new flat rotor surfaces. I had some rotors turned on my Element and on my Pilot. They both warped within 5k miles or so. Replacing the rotors at the start is a better use of my time.
