water leak drivers a pillar

I did a search and found lots of leaks but didn't see any on the a pillar. 2010 had windshield replaced in 2012. Leak just started happening, left front of headliner gets wet right where a pillar garnish meets the top. It also drips down and comes out of the srs logo at time. I took it back to the windshield shop and they did an air test by putting foam all around the windshield and spraying air from the inside and nothing happened so the windshield is ruled out for now. He also checked under the roof rack rails and found a small seam that had no sealer and he resealed that for me. still leaking. No sunroof, or roofrack. any ideas?

My knee jerk answer is windshield. I have seen it more than a few times. A poor quality windshield replacement, the technician does not adequately prime the pinch weld and rust forms. The rust then separates the urethane from the pinchweld.

Its interesting their test showed no leak. I am willing to bet on my diagnosis.

Do you have a sunroof ?

Me too. My 2011 Ridgeline had a horrible leak all along the front headliner from a poorly installed windshield. It took 1 1/2 years for the leak to show. The new installer mentioned that the leaking windshield was not quite right. Slightly different shape and it creaked. This one is tight and silent!
I just purchased an 06 RTL w/ Sun Room and I'm having the same issue. The first thing I looked at was the windshield at the top corners and i can tell that it is not sealed correctly at the corners probably causing the water leak in my case. I want to check where the roor rails are just in case but have not done that yet.
