Sadly I sold my 2022 RTL-E. Compared to my 2020, it was a prettier face, but plagued with squeaks, rattles, groans and rear window problems. Should have kept my 2020. Now driving a used full size which handles my towing duties better and I'll keep it while the midsize market shakes out. May go back at some point, depending on what Honda does with the Ridge. Love the whole concept of the Ridgeline (have had 3 of them) but less than enamored by Honda's inconsistent build quality as of late. It seemed that after 10,000 miles it started to loosen up.

Inconsistent is a good word. My 2021 was pretty tight and quiet - the main culprit was an elusive center speaker rattle that I finally fixed myself.

My 2022 seems to be put together better than either my 2017 (doors and panels misaligned) or 2021 (tailgate cap fitment was horrible).

5 years, 18K miles my Ridgeline still pretty much functions as my work vehicle.

I've got a rattle coming from the center speaker as well, How did you fix it?

So this one was funny. Just got my 19 RTL back with a new to me transmission a couple weeks ago. Drove it to a store Monday morning, picked up my order inside, came out, pushed the starter button then, "beep" and nothing.
Pushed the button again, silence. Realized the dash was dark, went to turn on an overhead light and nothing.
Assumed a dead battery, opened the hood and did not see anything, popped the cover off the positive stud and the terminal came off in my hand. Seems the dealer never tightened up the clamp. I've been driving for 2+ weeks and never noticed.
Got my multi tool pliers on it to get it finger tight then to my office to tighten with a 10mm socket.

Ok, she got me.
Driving home today my! Wife sees a dresser on the side of the road with a “free sign”. Asks me to pull over so “we“ can look at it. I say why, we don’t need one and more where do you think we would put it. She said maybe one of the kids will want it when they have their own place and we can put it in the basement. Well one kids has moved out and did not want anything, second one starts college this year so we shall see. By the way in either our basement or living room we have three extra couches, three additional dining room tables and two extra breakfronts still waiting for one of the kids to take. Now here is where she got me. My last resort to her was a snotty “well how are we going to get this home?” Wife looks at me in a dead stare look and replies…….”well we are sitting in a pickup truck!!!!!” I guess hard to argue that point. Did not think to take a picture while transporting, sorry all.
Have a great rest of your Memorial Day!
