As much as I like the new homepage, I really miss the recent posts list......Any plans to put it back ?

Actually what was on the home page was new threads. I really liked this feature also. Can we bring it back?
I miss it too - please put it back
Actually, if you are reading this now...scroll to the top of the page and click on the "New Posts" link found in the blue horizontal bar and you'll see all the latest posts :D

duh, I said that.
You are right that will bring you to the latest posts. But it will show you the latest posts to any thread not matter how old. What was on the old home page was a list of the newest threads that were started.
When you're not logged in, the Forum home page has "Todays Posts", which is the same as http://www.ridgelineownersclub.com/forums/search.php?do=getdaily. When you are logged in, it changes to "New Posts" which is the same as http://www.ridgelineownersclub.com/forums/search.php?do=getnew

Subtly different. I like the GetDaily option, so I have that set up as a Favorite. GetNew has a 6 hour window I think, which means that you can miss a lot.

The "New Posts" function is very frustrating to me. I would prefer that being logged in let me benefit from the more static "Today's Posts." I often find with my hopping around to various computer projects, or stopping to eat dinner or make a phone call, I come back and refresh to a "New Posts" list that is virtually wiped clean.

I like to at least peruse the entire list of new posts to read the ones I'm interested in, but that's not always possible in one sitting with such interesting and prolific posters onboard.

I hate being logged out when I read the "Today's Posts" because I inevitibly want to comment. Let's be truthful, I just hate being logged out, period. It's like taking a nap when you're a kid. You might miss something. . .
I'll add the home page feature back in a bit guys... I'm working on another upgrade and it's saving me some work by waiting to put it back. Stay tuned...

Yes and if scrolling gets tiresome, I just hit "Home" or "PageUp" to get back up to blue bar for "New Posts' or "Todays Posts"
Thanks T Mac, with your help I finally got my ROC decals today in the mail.

I guess the first set got lost in the mail.
