Grill Guards can have a very negative impact on frontal air bag deployment should you get into a frontal collision. They can cause more damage to the occupants than not having it at all. If you cherish safety, then you definitely do not want a grill guard. If you want looks (which its subjective), then get the grill guard

I wouldn't put one on a truck like ours, without a frame. You are absolutely right. I know a lot have asked for one, that's why I mentioned it.
