Where is the telephone microphone?

I tried to find the telephone microphone location in my Ridgeline ( RTL-E) manual with no luck. I've I'm guessing it's around the rear view mirror / map lights? I've never had this option in a car / truck and I'm curious.

It is right by the map lights. Page 362 of the full manual (not the guide).

I notice a mic hanging by the rear view mirror. Weird!

That is not oem. That is aftermarket Ken2020

Reminds me of the mics for mounted cellular "car phones" of the late '80s and '90s.
